Expected Behavior
All event participants are expected to behave in accordance with professional standards and this Code of Conduct. We encourage:
Respectful and constructive communication with all attendees, speakers, and staff.
Inclusivity — welcoming participants of all backgrounds, experience levels, and identities.
Constructive interactions that add value to discussions and the overall event experience.
Unacceptable Behavior
Harassment in any form will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:
Harassment based on gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, age, religion, or any other protected status.
Abusive language, intimidation, or stalking.
Inappropriate physical contact, sexual imagery, or unwelcome advances.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Any participant found engaging in harassing or unacceptable behavior may be asked to leave the event immediately without refund. The organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action, including banning the individual from future events.
